Chunlin Xu is a Professor in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Åbo Akademi University, leading the Laboratory of Natural Materials Technology. His research focuses on developing sustainable materials from biorefinery feedstocks, with significant contributions to lignin valorization, nanocellulose engineering, and bio-based coatings.
