Research Focus: Her work explores dynamic managerial capabilities in entrepreneurial contexts, innovation ecosystems for SMEs, and cognitive dimensions of entrepreneurship. She integrates strategic management theory with practical financial frameworks for small businesses, evidenced by her Emerald-published book and SSCI journal contributions.

Professional Leadership: As former Director of MEF's Social Sciences Institute and MBA Coordinator (7 years), she shaped graduate curricula while maintaining industry ties from her 19-year Uni Credit Group career managing portfolios for Alarko Holding, Eczacıbaşı, and IKEA. She currently serves as Country Vice President of the European Council for Small Business (2015-2022) and JCI Senator.
