Nazife KARADAĞ is an Associate Professor at Adiyaman University's Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Management and Supervision from Gazi University (2014) and has served as a Research Assistant (2007-2015), Assistant Professor (2015-2019), and Associate Professor (2019-present) at Adiyaman University. Her academic leadership roles include Head of the Department of Educational Administration (2025–2028), Erasmus Coordinator, Deputy Director of the Research and Application Center, and Deputy Head of Department (2015–2022).
