Nazife KARADAĞ is an Associate Professor at Adiyaman University's Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Management and Supervision from Gazi University (2014) and has served as a Research Assistant (2007-2015), Assistant Professor (2015-2019), and Associate Professor (2019-present) at Adiyaman University.
