Hallie Sue Cho

Professor Hallie Sue Cho is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. Her research focuses on new product development processes, leveraging online review platforms and user-generated data to inform long-term business strategies such as product development roadmaps and resource allocation. She employs methods including natural language processing, network analysis, and predictive modeling to analyze structured and unstructured data.
