Halime Aydemir is an Associate Professor at the Department of Midwifery, Faculty of Health Sciences, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University. She has served in academic and administrative roles since 2022, including as Department Chair and Academic Incentive Committee Chair. Her expertise spans maternal health, complementary therapies, and cultural healthcare practices.

Halime Aydemir has authored 16 peer-reviewed articles (SSCI/SCI-Exp: 4) and 3 book chapters, including Reiki in Midwifery (2022) and Maternal and Neonatal Care (2018). She collaborates extensively with researchers across Turkey, such as Fatma Ergün and Neriman Soğukpınar, and holds certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and Reiki Therapy (2020).
