Dr. Lecturer Halil ŞİMŞEK is a faculty member at the Social Sciences University of Ankara, affiliated with the Faculty of Theology and the Department of Fundamental Islamic Sciences. Holding the academic rank of Assistant Professor, he specializes in Qur'anic Exegesis, Ottoman Period Exegesis, and Islamic Economics and Finance. His career spans academic roles at the University of Toronto and administrative positions at the International Muslim Societies Solidarity Foundation (MÜSDAV).
