HONG Lin is a Lecturer in the Department of Construction Management and Real Estate at the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University.
- Education: Ph.D. (2008), Master (1993), and Bachelor (1990) from Tongji University and East China Normal University
Research Interests: Focus on land use planning, regional economics, and urban development. Key areas include income distribution in land development, sustainable urban planning, and historical cultural landscape conservation.
Teaching Interests: Includes thesis guidance, construction laws and regulations, and real estate appraisal.
Professional Services: Member of the Shanghai Real Estate Economic Association and Shanghai Land Institute.
