Gülcan Başak is a Lecturer at Ahi Evran University's Vocational School of Social Sciences, specializing in Management and Organization. She holds a B.Sc. in Statistics from Hacettepe University (1993) and an M.Sc. in Statistics from Gazi University (2003).
