Dr. Guoqing Zhao is a Lecturer in Operations Management at Swansea University's School of Management, part of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. His research focuses on supply chain risk management, resilience, Industry 4.0 technologies, and agri-food systems. He has contributed to high-impact journals such as Computers in Industry and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
