Gunnar Stefánsson is an Associate Professor at Chalmers University of Technology's Division of Service Management and Logistics, specializing in logistics and transportation management, supply chain collaboration, and IT-enabled logistics systems. He also holds a part-time position at the University of Iceland.
His research emphasizes the role of information systems in optimizing supply chain operations and fostering international collaboration. Gunnar has directed the Masters programme in Information Systems in Logistics at the IT University of Göteborg and contributed to numerous domestic and international research projects, including EU-funded initiatives.
