Wei Zhou is a full professor in the Information and Operations Management Department at ESCP Business School's Paris campus. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Florida, an M.S.E.E. from the University of Nebraska, and a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Zhou is the founding director of the Master of Science in Big Data & Business Analytics (ranked #4 by QS in 2021) and created the Applied Data Science specialization in the Master in Management program. His research focuses on machine learning, supply chain management, IoT, and blockchain, addressing challenges in logistics, cybersecurity, and sustainability. He has received the Shanghai 1000-Talents Award (2018) and was nominated as a 'Star Professor' by L'etudiant. Additionally, he serves as a visiting professor in Transportation Engineering at Shanghai Jiaotong University and holds editorial roles in journals like Decision Support Systems. His work spans interdisciplinary research in big data analytics, AI, and transportation engineering, with over 50 publications in top-tier journals.
