Gunn Trine Mathisen

Gunn Trine Mathisen is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Health and Nursing, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Her work focuses on critical care nursing education and pedagogical methodologies in clinical practice.

Her research explores challenges in clinical practice education, particularly student failure scenarios, and she contributes to developing collaborative learning models in nursing training. She specializes in simulation-based skills development for critical care nursing.
