Gundars Kokins

Gundars Kokins is a researcher at Riga Technical University's Institute of Economics and Business, specializing in customer experience management and project management. He holds an M.Proj.Mgmt. degree and is currently pursuing doctoral studies focused on CRM tools and customer-centric strategies.
