Gulay Cagla Firatli

Dr. Gulay Cagla Firatli is a Lecturer in Environmental Law at the University of Stirling's Law School. Her academic expertise spans international environmental law, marine governance, and the complex institutional frameworks surrounding disputed maritime areas.
