معرفی
Guillaume St-Onge is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Northeastern University, with affiliations to the Roux Institute and the Network Science Institute. His research focuses on mathematical and computational modeling of infectious disease dynamics, pandemic preparedness, and global biosurveillance.
- Education: Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. in Physics from Université Laval (2022, 2017, 2015)
St-Onge's work integrates stochastic processes, complex networks, and human dynamics to study nonlinear systems and develop prediction tools for epidemic spread. His recent publications emphasize higher-order network modeling, wastewater surveillance for pandemic monitoring, and uncertainty quantification in epidemic forecasting.
He leads projects at the MOBS Lab, a multidisciplinary research group directed by Alessandro Vespignani, which develops computational tools for analyzing global epidemics and social contagions. St-Onge's work informs decision-making in public health through network-based models and biosurveillance strategies.
