معرفی
Grégoire is an Assistant Professor and Hospital Practitioner affiliated with the Department of Bacterial Resistances. His research focuses on antimicrobial resistance, pharmacokinetics, and the role of extracellular vesicles in cancer and infectious diseases. He collaborates extensively on projects involving antibiotic efficacy, tumor biology, and immune mechanisms.
Key research interests include optimizing antimicrobial therapy through pharmacokinetic studies, understanding necroptosis pathways in cancer progression, and developing biomarkers using extracellular vesicle analysis. He has contributed to studies on glioblastoma, breast cancer, and the impact of drugs like dalbavancin and ceftaroline.
Grégoire has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles since 2012, including work on extracellular vesicle isolation methods and the molecular mechanisms of tumor growth. He leads or co-leads ANR-funded projects such as ANR OTARI and ANR AspergillusOne-Health. His clinical role involves advising on antibiotic dosing strategies in hospital-acquired infections.
Collaborations span institutions including INSERM, University Hospitals, and pharmaceutical research groups. He has pioneered methods for therapeutic drug monitoring and contributed to preclinical studies of apelin receptor antagonists in glioblastoma.
