Grey Clare is a Professor of Materials Chemistry at the University of Cambridge and holds an adjunct professorship at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook. She is a Fellow of Pembroke College, Cambridge, and has led major research initiatives, including the Materials Research Interest Group at Cambridge (2010–2015) and the Northeastern Chemical Energy Storage Center (2009–2015).
