Grete Pedersen is a Professor at the Norwegian Academy of Music's Department of Conducting, Singing and Church Music. She has led the Norwegian Soloists' Choir since 1990 and previously directed the Oslo Chamber Choir. Internationally acclaimed for her interpretations of Baroque, classical, and contemporary choral music, she actively shapes Nordic choral traditions through performances, recordings, and festivals.
