Gregory Laurence is a Professor of Management and Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing at the School of Management, University of Michigan-Flint. He serves as Director of Graduate Studies for the Center for Japanese Studies and is affiliated with the Academy of Management, Asia Academy of Management, and Academy of International Business. His teaching includes organizational behavior, negotiation, conflict resolution, and human resource management at undergraduate and graduate levels.

He has served on non-profit boards since 2010 and maintains ties to Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College as a Board of Visitors member.
