Gregory Goussak

Gregory Goussak serves as an Adjunct Professor at The American Women’s College, Bay Path University, where he works as a Subject Matter Expert designing courses in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Business Ethics since 2018.

With 12 years in Las Vegas casino accounting/finance roles at Dunes Hotel, Four Queens, and Riviera Hotel, followed by CFO experience at Manpower Temporary Staffing and ownership of a commercial printing business, he bridges industry practice with academic theory. His primary focus areas—Accounting, Finance, and Business Ethics—are consistently reflected across his 27+ years of teaching at institutions including UNLV (hospitality accounting/finance), University of the Southwest (Research, Leadership, Multinational Financial Management), and Roseman University (MBA accounting/finance/organizational behavior).

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Goussak has held leadership roles including Academic Department Chair of Quantitative Methods at Ashford University’s Forbes School of Business and Chair of the Institutional Review Board (2015–2017). His industry-to-academia transition informs his pedagogical approach, emphasizing real-world financial controls and ethical decision-making frameworks applicable to hospitality and broader business contexts.
