Joseph F. Winter serves as Associate Professor of Accounting at Niagara University's Holzschuh College of Business Administration, having joined as adjunct faculty in Spring 2006, promoted to Assistant Professor in Fall 2013, and elevated to Associate Professor in Spring 2019. With over 30 years of CPA experience spanning public accounting (Bonadio Group) and CFO roles in healthcare, venture capital, and economic development sectors, he integrates real-world expertise into academia.

Professor Winter chairs Niagara University's 403(b) Investment Committee and directs the Family Business Center while serving on the Academic Senate.
