Dr. Gregory Attila is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Károli Gáspár Reformed University, specializing in Japanese society, politics, and East Asia. He earned his DrUniv in Sociology (1982) and MA in History/Sociology (1974–1975) from Eötvös University. His academic career spans roles at Eötvös University (1988–1992), Pázmány University (1992–1999), and Károli University (since 2000).
- Research Focus: Japanese politics, international relations, modernization studies, EU-Japan interactions, and East Asian regional dynamics.
