Greg Thurber is a Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering and affiliated with the Biomedical Engineering department at the University of Michigan. He leads the Thurber Lab, focusing on quantitative modeling of drug and imaging agent distribution using in vivo microscopy and mathematical simulations. His research addresses pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling for cancer therapy, imaging agent development, and peptide engineering.
Key research interests include optimizing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), improving drug delivery to solid tumors, and developing molecular imaging agents. The lab employs systems pharmacology approaches to bridge preclinical and clinical studies, with applications in oncology and diabetes.
