William Zamboni

Dr. William Zamboni is a Professor at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and Director of the UNC Advanced Translational Pharmacology and Analytical Chemistry (ATPAC) Lab. His research focuses on translational pharmacology, optimizing anticancer therapies through pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and precision medicine. Key areas include nanoparticle drug delivery, overcoming tumor delivery barriers, and immune system interactions with nanomedicines. He collaborates with institutions like the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and Carolina Institute of Nanomedicine. His lab specializes in analytical methods for drug quantification and preclinical/clinical studies of liposomal agents, antibodies, and ADCs.
