Greg Bamber is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Management at Monash Business School, Monash University. He specializes in Employment Relations, Human Resource Management (HRM), and Industrial Relations with a focus on AI, the future of work, and organizational change. He holds adjunct roles at Newcastle University and Nottingham Business School, UK, and leads research initiatives in the Monash AI Institute and the International Consortium for Research in Employment & Work.
Education: PhD in Human Resources & Industrial Relations (Heriot-Watt University), BSc (Manchester University). His career includes leadership roles at Durham University (UK), Griffith University (Australia), and Queens University (Australia).
