Graham Jones

Graham Jones is a Senior Lecturer (part-time) in Graphic Design at Manchester School of Art, Manchester Metropolitan University. He combines academic work with professional practice as founder of Loose Collective, an independent creative design studio with 20+ years of industry experience.

His pedagogical approach integrates professional practice with design education, covering branding, typography, and design research. Jones has contributed to curriculum development for the BA(Hons) Graphic Design program since 2002.

Professional accomplishments include client work for BBC, Manchester International Festival, NHS, and design features in major publications by Thames & Hudson, Rockport, and Victionary. His design work spans brand identity, publication design, and exhibition design, with projects featured in international design annuals and exhibitions.
