Graham Haughton

Graham Haughton is a Professor of Urban Planning at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Department of Planning, Property and Environmental Management. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Hull. His research focuses on sustainable urban development, flood risk management, and the socio-political dimensions of planning.
