Professor Gozde Ozakinci is a health psychologist and Deputy Dean in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Stirling. She specializes in managing fears related to cancer recurrence, community-based physical activity promotion, and the intersection of environmental and health behaviors. Her research employs psychological theories to address public health challenges. She holds leadership roles as President-Elect of the European Health Psychology Society and former Chair of the British Psychological Society’s Health Psychology Division in Scotland.
