Goretty Dias

Goretty Dias is an Associate Professor at the University of Waterloo, with a background in natural sciences and engineering. She specializes in sustainability assessment tools like Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to analyze agricultural and biobased product systems, aiming to create more sustainable food systems.
