Gordon A. Martell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan. His research and teaching focus on Indigenous educational leadership, governance, organizational development, and community-driven school improvement. He has held leadership roles in band-controlled and provincial education systems and advises First Nations communities on developing on-reserve education systems.
