Gloria Appiah

Dr. Gloria Appiah is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Deputy Director of the SBM Entrepreneurship Hub at Queen Mary University of London. Her primary affiliation is within the School of Business and Management. She previously held a Lecturer position in Entrepreneurship at the University of Kent Business School.

Her research interests center on entrepreneurship under constraints, survival strategies of SMEs, inclusive entrepreneurship, organizational creativity and innovation practices, and entrepreneurship in emerging and developing economies. She also explores informal entrepreneurship and the resilience of businesses in technology-driven environments.
