Glenn Cartwright Paulson is an Instructor of Music specializing in Piano & Percussion at St. Mary's College of Maryland. He holds a B.M. from the Eastman School of Music and an M.M. from The Juilliard School. His career includes roles as timpanist with the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, member of The American Symphony, and soloist with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He has performed with major orchestras, Broadway shows, and served in 'The President’s Own' United States Marine Band. Currently, he owns Drumhome Rentals and actively composes percussion works, many premiered at national conventions. His research focuses on John Philip Sousa's marches and percussion education.
