Glenn Alexander Crowther

Dr. Glenn Alexander Crowther is a Visiting Professor at Florida International University with dual appointments at the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice within the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. He serves as an integral member of FIU's Emerging Preeminent Program in Cybersecurity.

His research focuses on cybersecurity policy, international relations, cyber law, and counter-terrorism, with field experience across Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Previously, he addressed cyber issues at the National Defense University (NDU) and NATO, and continues lecturing at the Organization of American States and NDU's College of Information and Cyberspace.

Dr. Crowther maintains professional fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in Portuguese, enabling his international collaborations and policy engagements.
