Brian Fonseca is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Politics and International Relations at Florida International University (FIU) and Director of the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy. He also serves as Founding Executive Director of Cybersecurity@FIU and holds fellowships at New America (Cybersecurity Policy Fellow and International Security Fellow). His work bridges academia, policy, and military strategy.
