Dr. Glenda Fisk is Associate Professor and Undergraduate Chair in Employment Relations Studies at Queen's University. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Her research examines psychological entitlement in workplace contexts, investigating how feelings of undeserved reward expectations develop and impact organizations. Additional work explores emotion regulation, leadership during organizational change, and grief management in professional settings.
Current research investigates trauma-informed leadership approaches, psychological factors influencing conspiracy beliefs during crises like COVID-19, and social-ecological models of workplace grief. She teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and research methods.
