Glen Thielmann is a Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC), where he teaches curriculum and instruction in the humanities and supports teacher candidates in practicum settings. He is also a PhD candidate in UNBC's Natural Resources and Environmental Studies program, focusing on Geography education and place-responsive pedagogy. His work bridges secondary education and teacher training, with a strong emphasis on community, land, and identity in learning.
