Glen Croy is an Associate Professor and Deputy Head in the Department of Management at Monash Business School, Monash University. He holds a PhD in Tourism and qualifications in management and higher education. His research focuses on sustainable tourism, community-centered approaches, transformative learning, and circular economy adoption in business. Croy has been recognized with awards such as the CAUTHE Fellows’ Award (2012) and multiple Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Awards. He currently serves as an editorial board member for journals like Tourist Studies and Tourism Recreation Research, and co-leads the CAUTHE College of Peers. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing marginalized communities and environmental stewardship.

Community Engagement: Previously served as Chairperson of Frankston Tourism (2004–2014) and holds external roles at TEQSA and Oxford Brookes University.
