Giulia Sciorati

Giulia Sciorati is an LSE Fellow specializing in China-Global South relations at the Department of International Relations. Her research examines Chinese visual and narrative power in Central Asia, particularly through museum exhibitions and heritage diplomacy. She holds a PhD in International Studies from the University of Trento and has conducted fieldwork across China and Central Asia.

Her research interests include IR theory, memory politics, and cultural statecraft. Recent publications analyze Sino-Russian cooperation patterns and pandemic diplomacy frameworks.
