Giulia Nardelli is an Associate Professor at the Department of Engineering Technology and Didactics Innovation Processes and Entrepreneurship, Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Her research focuses on innovation processes, organizational behavior, and sustainable development goals, with particular emphasis on remote work dynamics, managerial adaptation during crises, and agile innovation models in SMEs. She has contributed to projects on distance management post-COVID-19, telepresence robotics, and facility management innovation in public-private collaborations.
Her work addresses challenges in managerial practices during organizational transitions, such as work extensification and employee well-being in remote settings. She has also explored hybrid innovation models (e.g., Agile-Stage-Gate) and their implementation in manufacturing firms. Key areas include value co-creation in service innovation and the role of ICT in enabling organizational resilience.
