Giulia Frigerio is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Oslo's Department of Philosophy, History of Ideas and Art, and Classical Languages. Her research focuses on cognitive archaeological approaches to ancient Greek rituals, particularly Apolline divination practices and women's agency in sacred spaces. She holds a PhD from the University of Kent (2022) and has published extensively on divination, religious symbolism, and cognitive methodologies in archaeology.

Publications: Her work bridges archaeology and cognitive sciences, with recent focus on laurel's role in divination and architectural influences on ritual experiences. Recent articles appear in Journal of Cognition and Culture and Time & Mind.
