Giulia Cappellaro

Giulia Cappellaro is Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Bocconi University, with affiliations at CERGAS and DONDENA research centers. She holds a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge. Her interdisciplinary research examines collaborative governance, institutional change, and ambiguity in public sector organizations, particularly in healthcare contexts.

Cappellaro's publications investigate how organizations navigate complex policy environments, with recent focus on public-private hybrids, COVID-19 physician experiences, and technology implementation in healthcare. Her methodological expertise includes ethnography and qualitative analysis of organizational phenomena.
