Giulia BAZZONI

Giulia BAZZONI serves as a Contract Lecturer at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, holding dual affiliations with the Department of Economics and the Ca' Foscari School for International Education. She teaches foundational courses including Introduction to Law A and B within the Foundation Year program.

Her research focuses on the intersection of law, technology, and economic systems, with particular expertise in European Private Law, Information Technology Law, and regulatory frameworks for the sharing economy. Her work critically examines how digital platforms challenge traditional legal concepts around property rights, community protection, and freedom of expression.

BAZZONI's publications demonstrate a consistent trajectory examining contemporary legal challenges in digital environments, with increasing focus on the societal impacts of platform economies and pandemic-era regulatory adaptations.
