Giulia Travan is a Contract Lecturer in Private Law at the Department of Economics, Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

Education:

• PhD in Law, Market, and Person (April 2023)
• Master's Degree in Law (October 2017, 110/110 cum laude)

Research Interests: Focuses on Private Law, Contract Law, Family Law, and ESG factors in legal systems.

Teaching & Research: Currently Research Fellow in Private Law (ESG Factors in Participatory Foundations). Previously Contract Professor of Introduction to Law (2023-2024) and Senior Teaching Assistant in Private Law.

International Collaboration: Visiting PhD student at Université Pantheon-Assas (Paris II) (2021-2022).

Organizational Roles: Active in academic conferences and editorial boards, including the Foro Padano journal and "Osservatorio delle Corti" rubric.

Technical Expertise: Holds ECDL Core certifications and specialized training in GDPR compliance, digital law, and ESG integration.
