Giorgio Zanetti

Giorgio Zanetti is a Full Professor in the Department of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, specializing in Contemporary Italian Literature (LICO-01/A). He teaches courses on Contemporary Italian Literature, New Media and Youth Literature, and the Theory and History of Narrative Genres for Master's degree programs in Media Education for Literary Disciplines and Publishing and Pedagogical Sciences.

Professor Zanetti's research focuses on Italian literary studies, with particular emphasis on 20th century Italian literature, D'Annunzio studies, Shakespearean influences in Italian literature, literary theory, narratology, and the relationship between literature and mass society.
