Gillian Janes is a Professor in Nursing and Quality Improvement at Anglia Ruskin University's School of Nursing. She co-directs the Health and Care Research Centre (HCRC) and has over 40 years of clinical and academic experience in enhancing healthcare quality, safety, and workforce development through participatory and human factors-informed methodologies.
