Ghulam Nabi

Dr. Ghulam Nabi is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Entrepreneurship and Business Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School, Department of Strategy, Enterprise and Sustainability. He holds a PGCERT in Higher Education and is a Chartered Psychologist and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). His research focuses on graduate entrepreneurship, student-to-entrepreneur transition, AI applications in education, and underrepresented groups' entrepreneurial opportunities. He has published over 30 works in journals like Academy of Management: Learning and Education and co-authored a book on Cultural Values and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Nabi has secured funding from the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE) and led projects on graduate careers and mentoring. He actively supervises PhD students and teaches courses such as Psychology in Practice and Entrepreneurship. He is a core member of the University Centre for RKE in Decent Work & Productivity and has guest-edited special issues on global entrepreneurship.
