Dr Gerry Edgar is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Stirling, affiliated with the Stirling Management School and the Management, Work and Organisation department. He currently serves as Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching and Director of BSc Management programs in Amity (Singapore) and CORE (UAE).
His research focuses on:
- Innovation Management
- Technology Capability Analysis
- Collaborative modes of technology transfer
- Impact of information systems/technology on organizational competitiveness
- Data Science and Intelligent Systems
He contributes to the Digital Society and Culture research programme and is part of the Data Science and Intelligent Systems Research group. His work has examined technology transfer systems in Iran and Malaysia, emphasizing organizational technological competences.
