Dr. Naja Mohd Yusof serves as a Lecturer in Management at Stirling Management School, University of Stirling, specializing in Management, Work and Organisation. Her academic journey includes a BBA (Hons.) in International Business from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, followed by an MSc in Technology & Innovation Management and PhD in Management from the University of Stirling.
Her educational background is complemented by a PGCert in Academic Practice from the University of Strathclyde and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Professionally, she maintains an associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK.
Dr. Mohd Yusof's research focuses on the complex inter-relationships within the triple-helix model of university-government-industry dynamics and their impact on innovation across multiple scales. She also explores capability approaches to human development that emphasize individual freedom, capabilities, and functioning.
