Gerard Lee is a Lecturer in Art Psychotherapy at the Belfast School of Art, Ulster University. He is a member of the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists (IACAT), British Association of Arts Therapists (BAAT), and the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Formerly, he served as Council Secretary for IACAT and has lectured at institutions including MTU, Trinity College Dublin's Global Brain Health Institute, and Arts and Health courses.
His research and practice focus on the intersection of art therapy with mental health, cross-cultural applications, and educational frameworks. He maintains a personal art practice, regularly exhibiting in Dublin-based group shows.
