Georgios SANIDAS is a Senior Lecturer in Greek Archaeology at the University of Lille, affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and the Department of Art History and Archaeology. He serves as a permanent member of UMR 8164 - Halma (University of Lille, CNRS, MCC) and holds an associate researcher position at the French School of Athens.
His research focuses on the archaeology and history of ancient Greek civilizations, with particular expertise in material culture and historical contexts of the ancient Mediterranean world. SANIDAS contributes to interdisciplinary research within the laboratory dedicated to HISTORY, ARCHAEOLOGY AND LITERATURE OF THE ANCIENT WORLDS.
